The title is Climate Change Imperatives\, with global issues addressed by Professor Terry Cannon (University College\, London) speaking on The Ethical Imperative\, Professor Steve Sorrell on The Energy Imperative\, and UNA Eastbourne Chair\, Ian Elgie on The Mitigation Imperative. In the afternoon a panel of local experts will look at The Adaptation and Affordability Imperatives. The conference is free\, but we encourage donations (both through Eventbrite and directly by contacting us for those joining on zoom) to help cover the cost. \nIn-person attendees will also have the option to pay £1 (cash) to support the planting of a climate-mitigation tree in Uganda.
