They will contribute to the Government’s 10-year NHS Plan by: historical review to right the wrongs of the past; re-developing community care to relieve hospital pressures; restoring the ethos of the 1946 NHS Act; and WHO’s ‘Heath-for-All’ policies 1978-2018.
