On 20th April, 18:30, at SOAS Gallery, Russell Square, London WC1B 5DQ, UNA Westminster – with SOAS at the University of London, and the Bar Council of England and Wales – is hosting the 23rd Ruth Steinkraus-Cohn International Law Lecture. Professor Philippa Webb (University of Oxford Blavatnik School of Government) will be speaking on Toppling Heads: Regime Change and Immunity in International Law.
