Promoting the Psychosocial Wellbeing of Refugees

On 16th April, 17:30-20:00, United Against Inhumanity, with the University of East London (UEL), is holding a hybrid event on Promoting the Psychosocial Wellbeing of Refugees, to launch their manifesto, To Stop the Inhumanity at Europe’s Borders, and to consider the causes, consequences and effective interventions for the distress experienced by many refugees. Speakers will include Lul Seyoum (International Centre for Eritrean Refugees), Dr Claire Marshall (UEL), Rev Johannes Marten (Good Shepherd, London), Professor Emeritus Dinesh Bhugra (King’s College, London), Yodit Mussie (Refugee Council), Dr. Nooralhaq Nasimi (Afghanistan and Central Asian Association).
