May 17 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

On 17 May, 12:30-13:45, UNA Warwick are holding a hybrid meeting on The UN: deconstruct to rebuild? We are living in an age of unravelling, as prominent features of the past decades — including the United Nations — may be reaching the end of their lifespan. But people still need the UN: they just need it to do better. Natalie Samarinsinghe, former CEO of UNA-UK, will consider what roles the UN should play; what must be rebuilt, reimagined or replaced to meet the challenges of tomorrow; and how we can ensure bold, effective leadership at this critical juncture. This is more than a talk; it is an invitation to be part of a crucial dialogue about the future of global cooperation and peace.  The meeting will be at Leamington Spa Baptist Church, CV32 4RN or online with this zoom linkmeeting ID: 883 6951 0768; passcode: 480552.
